For many of us, the start of a new year inspires reflection, introspection, and resolve. Which makes January an excellent time to focus on how the passage of yet another year might be affecting our personal health.
Do you ever wonder what growing older may mean for your health? Or vice versa, how your health may impact your quality of life as you age?
Do you wish you knew the secret to how we can help ourselves live and age with wellness?
This interactive workshop will focus on common worries people have about growing older, either for their own aging process or for that of a loved one. We’ll discuss concerns about such matters as the health of our bones and joints, physical strength and balance, brain function, and more.
Participants will have a chance to learn from one another as we address the aging-related challenges that they fear and some of the ways we can each help ourselves to age with our health in tact.
