Invitation: Free Discussion for Women About Health Challenges

As a health coach, I’ve decided that the New Year is a good time for me to check my assumptions about women’s health concerns. I need more clarity about the health puzzles women currently face, and the topics they’d most like demystified.

Therefore, I’ll be facilitating two small group discussions with women who are willing to talk about their health concerns. This is a free discussion for our mutual benefit.

We women have a lot going on in our lives and our bodies!  I know that at times I’ve wished for a magic wand to wave over the mysteries of my symptoms and concerns. It can be overwhelming to figure out where to focus, plus there’s so much contradictory and often misleading information about our health.

I’d like very much to hear your thoughts about these kinds of topics, and so if you are a woman and live in Western Massachusetts, I invite you to attend one of the small group discussions listed below.

The discussions will definitely be useful for me, and I think that participating in one of them will also be useful for you.  I’m trusting that you and the other participants will both enjoy and learn from connecting with each other about our challenges, frustrations, and insights. You’re welcome to bring a friend.
