Autumn is an appropriate time of year to focus on the topic of aging. After all, during this time of year leaves and plants all around us display signs of maturing and seasonal change.

Is something analogous going on for us humans, during this and other seasons?          What can we do to help ourselves to live and age, through years of seasons, with wellness?

This interactive workshop will focus on common worries people have about growing older, either for their own aging process or for that of a loved one.

We will discuss concerns about such matters as the health of our bones and joints, physical strength and balance, brain function, and more.

Participants will have a chance to learn from one another as we address the aging-related challenges that they fear and some of the ways we can each help ourselves to age well, with our health in tact.
